Open source software is a natural tool for open government. Besides saving lots of money, open source software makes government information easily open to the citizens.
In the near future, we plan to provide much more information on open source software for governments. Meanwhile, here are some links that might be helpful:
The Center of Open Source & Government
Based at George Washington University in Washington D.C., this organization puts on conferences which bring together open source experts from government, academia, and industry.
Inner Peace
A free self-help program that is especially helpful in dealing with the underlying problems for which people often turn to substance, violence, and other unhealthy behaviors.
